The search for qualified manpower has been a topic of debate in India at this moment. Even though we have sufficient educational institutes, which contribute to the manpower requirement, qualified manpower appropriate for a particular job profile has been a growing concern. Recently on an article about of our countries leading nuclear research institute it was mentioned that attracting qualified technical students has become a real issue.
